Successfully passed a new SEDEX audit on the way to international recertification.

Prodeman reached a new milestone in corporate responsibility by successfully passing the SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) audit without any non-conformities, as part of its official recertification process. This achievement reaffirms the company's commitment to responsible business practices, the well-being of people, and the sustainability of its operations.

The SEDEX audit evaluates international standards related to human rights, labor conditions, business ethics, health and safety at work, environmental care, and legal compliance. In all these areas, Prodeman demonstrated alignment with the principles that drive ethical, transparent, and sustainable management.

This process involves verifying compliance with standards such as freedom of employment, the prohibition of child labor, ensuring safe and hygienic working environments, respecting the right to association, and implementing responsible environmental policies. Additionally, it values the traceability and integrity of the entire production chain.
